Our Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging.
Return Requirements
- Products must be free of wear, damage, or alterations
- Original shoebox and packaging included
- Tags and protective soles still attached
- Proof of purchase provided
How to Return
- Initiate your return through our online portal
- Package items securely (original box recommended)
- Affix the prepaid return label
- Drop off at designated carrier location
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Allow 5-7 business days after we receive return
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- $7 return processing fee applies
Exchange Process
- Select “Exchange” when initiating return
- Choose replacement item/size
- Price differences will be charged/refunded
- Free return shipping for exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked at purchase)
- Worn or altered products
- Items without original packaging
- Purchases beyond 30 days
International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- May be subject to customs fees
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
