Our Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging.

Return Requirements

  • Products must be free of wear, damage, or alterations
  • Original shoebox and packaging included
  • Tags and protective soles still attached
  • Proof of purchase provided

How to Return

  1. Initiate your return through our online portal
  2. Package items securely (original box recommended)
  3. Affix the prepaid return label
  4. Drop off at designated carrier location

Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Allow 5-7 business days after we receive return
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • $7 return processing fee applies

Exchange Process

  1. Select “Exchange” when initiating return
  2. Choose replacement item/size
  3. Price differences will be charged/refunded
  4. Free return shipping for exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked at purchase)
  • Worn or altered products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Purchases beyond 30 days

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • May be subject to customs fees
  • Refund excludes original shipping costs
